These terms apply between you, the attendee of an event at Electric Chapel, and Electric Chapel Ltd. Please read these terms and conditions carefully.
Definitions
You, guest, ticket holder or attendee refers to the attendee of an event at Electric Chapel, or one of your guests.
We, Us, Our or The Venue refers to Electric Chapel Ltd, our staff, subcontractors or agents.
The Event refers to the event for which you have purchased a ticket.
Your ticket is subject to the rules and regulations of The Venue which may be changed at
our discretion at any time.
We shall not be liable for any loss, damage, cost or expense incurred by you by attending an
event at the venue.
Persons attending the event are responsible for their own valuables. We
will not be liable for any loss or damage to personal property brought to the venue.
We reserve the right to cancel this event at any time, if deemed necessary
at our sole discretion, or if circumstances arise outside our control.
Should the event be cancelled, we will not be liable for the payment of any
compensation or for any loss of money and/or expenses incurred.
Tickets shall not be exchanged nor money refunded if an event is cancelled or
postponed, except at our sole discretion.
A ticket may allow more than one guest to attend an event. No more than the specified
number of guests associated with the ticket holder will be permitted entry.
A ticket is considered valid if payment for the ticket has been received in full by us
prior to the event, and the evnt has not been cancelled or postponed.
Tickets may not be sold, traded, or offered for sale; and may not be used as a prize or
for any other promotional or trade purpose by any organisation other than us.
Tickets are non-transferrable.
We reserve the right to refuse anyone entry to the venue at our sole discretion.
Any person who fails to comply with instructions from us may be ejected.
Anyone found to be causing damage to the venue, the venue infrastructure,
causing harm to any other person on site, using threatening, abusive or insulting words or
mannerisms, behaving in an illegal, anti-social or aggressive manner, if found in possession
of any illegal or prohibited item or substance, appearing to be under the influence of drugs, in breach of
these conditions or for any other reason deemed by us to be justified, will be ejected from the venue.
Do not bring drugs including legal highs to the event. If you or a member of your party are found in possession of any such
substance, the whole party will be ejected.
It is against United Kingdom law to smoke in enclosed spaces, please observe the signage around
the Venue and only smoke in designated areas.
If you have an assistance animal (for example a guide dog) you are of course welcome to bring them
along - please let us know via email so we can discuss any special arrangements you might require.
WARNING
Smoke effects, strobe lighting and lasers may be used at this event.
Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by these terms and conditions.
