Now, is Death Becomes Her necessarily a queer movie? Not particularly. But it is a camp classic with outrageous fashion, spectacular performances, a deliciously bitchy rivalry, and more melodrama than Miss Ruby's Friday Clinic. Frankly, that's more than enough to earn its place in the Screen Queens hall of fame.
